Особенности технологии позволяют получить функциональное покрытие с развитым  микрорельефом, повышенная шероховатость которого за счет  капиллярного эффекта способствует увеличению параметра растекания припоя по контактным поверхностям соединяемой пары. Все это способствует формированию в спае практически бездефектной структуры припоя с минимальным по площади непропаем в центре, что дает возможность получить более высокие показатели прочности и сопротивления отрыву по сравнению с аналогичными характеристиками паяных  образцов в комбинации медь–медь.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The paper reviews the influence of thermodiffusion copper plating of nickel-chromium stainless steel on the structure and strength properties of its soldered joint with copper. Technology features allow to obtain a functional coating with a developed microrelief which due to its higher roughness contributes to the increase in the solder flowing parameter over contact surfaces of the soldered couple due to the capillary effect.
